The new RTE 35cc Complete engine, is set up ready to go.

A cost effective way to get into some serious horsepower!

The 35cc uses a high quality, modified 3mm crankshaft.  You will not believe the power we have squeezed out of this bad boy. 

Don't let the stock version confuse you into thinking it is a light weight.  With our design we have been able to squeeze some serious horsepower from this arrangement.  This head kit packs a lot of punch, but is also the perfect platform for all you engine porters out there to modify to your own specs.

Rooster Tail Engines are designed, hand built and professionally assembled by a qualified mechanical trades person with over 25 years experience in making high performance race engines, carburettors, and clutches.

Comes supplied with a detailed running in procedure.

The Stock version uses a NGK CMR7A spark plug (supplied).

The lead time can be up to 14 days, please email for an accurate time frame.

All workmanship on these high-performance engines is guaranteed.  The engines do not come with warranty.

Engine Upgrade Options

Carby - Bearing Modified

We have designed a new bearing and seal arrangement to stop throttle plate wear on the bore, which causes idle tune issues and deceleration seizures.  Sealed stainless steel bearings installed on both ends of the throttle shaft and o-rings to locate the shaft and lock the bearings in place.

Carby - Competition Modified

As per Bearing Modified with additional upgrades to increase fuel and air flow. Will produce 500+ rpm to a fully modified engine with a boost to the low and mid. 

Carby - Fully Modified

As per Competition Modified with additional changes to increase cfm and response time. Will produce 1000+ rpm to a fully modified engine with a boost to the low and mid.

Carby - Fully Modified Animal WT-1048

As per Fully Modified with additional changes to increase cfm and response time, fuel circuit upgrades and a huge increase in signal strength. Will produce 1500+ rpm to a fully modified engine with incredible boost to the low and mid.  The WT-1048 does not have a manual priming circuit.  This carburettor is not in specification for racing rules (ARCMACC & EFRA LEGAL).

Clutch - Performance

Fully balanced and lightened for quicker response time and cooler running.

Clutch - Full Mod

Fully balanced and lightened steel shoes for long life and superior lock up.  Quicker response time and cooler running.  Insane clutch for drag racing.

Flywheel - Fully Modified

Lightened and balanced for quicker acceleration and higher rpm without sacrificing integrity.  Will not fly apart at high rpm.

Seals - RTE Full Mod Seal Arrangement

We designed a new seal to stop vacuum leaks which cause dust ingression, which destroys engine bearings and cylinder plating.  Our new seal arrangement provides a very long life and a higher quality tune.

Intake System

We have provided a discount on our intake system if you purchase as part of this complete engine.  If you are serious about maximum performance and reliability, this system will deliver.  Parts will be assembled on the engine at no extra cost.
